Ms. Swanson joined the Law Offices of Marcine A. Seid in 2005 and focuses on employment and family-based non-immigrant and immigrant cases, citizenship cases, and general immigration issues. She has also practiced corporate/civil law, including company formation, contract drafting and litigation, employment and real property issues.

Wendy Swanson earned her Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University in 2003 and graduated with a certificate in International Law. She graduated cum laude from Boston University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication and a concentration in Russian and Eastern European studies.

Ms. Swanson is a member of The State Bar of California, the United States District Court for the Northern District of California and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
